We produceren 3 verschillende groottes. 12", 10" en 7". De keuze is aan u! Een single is traditioneel 7" op 45rpm, een LP wordt op 33 toeren gemaakt op 12". Een maxi single is 12" op 45rpm. 

45 of 33?
Hoe sneller de plaat draait, hoe minder er op kan, immers de ruimte op de plaat is beperkt. Theoretisch geeft 45 toeren een iets beter geluid dan een 33 toeren opname. Vandaar dat singles en maxi-singles op 45 toeren geperst worden en een LP, waar toch bijna 20 minuten per kant op moet, op 33 toeren geperst wordt. De 7" is naar keuze verkrijgbaar met een klein of een groot gat. Standaard produceren we 7" met een klein gat. 

Hieronder de verschillende specificaties. Getoonde tijdsduren zijn gemiddelden en kunnen per genre verschillen. In principe heeft harde muziek (bijvoorbeeld dance) meer groef-ruimte nodig dan zachte muziek (klassiek). 

Vinyl records can be produced in 3 sizes: 7", 10" and 12". traditionally a single 7" record is produced at 45rpm, an album is being produced on 12" on 33rpm and a maxi single is produced on 12" on 45rpm.

45 or 33?
As we have limited space on a record, speed makes the difference. 45rpm gives a slightly better sound on the record. That is why singles and maxi singles are usually recorded on 45rpm. 7" singles can be produced with a small or big center hole. Default is a small center hole.

In the schedule you can find the specifications of the records. Note these are avarage timings which will varify depending on the genre. Dance needs more space than classical music.
